NHC Homes is co-owned by brothers Nick and Eric Holtger, whose shared passion for home building shapes every project they undertake. Committed to making the building process both enjoyable and memorable, they bring a hands-on, thoughtful approach to each custom home.

With a focus on exceptional build quality and an outstanding client experience, Nick and Eric remain genuinely engaged from start to finish, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards.
Nick has been hands-on in the construction realm from a young age. Working side by side with his stepfather in his residential home business, Nick gained a wealth of building knowledge. After high school he decided to pursue a degree in Construction Management at Milwaukee School of Engineering. Upon graduation, Nick worked in commercial roofing in Milwaukee but felt a strong pull to return to residential building. He moved back to Northeast Wisconsin and established Nick Holtger Construction Corp. in 2007. Nick offers a wealth of expertise and experience; when others say something can’t be done, he’ll find a way. Nick’s objective is to provide an excellent quality home, unique to each customer.

Eric supported Nick behind the scenes, for 10 years. In 2022, focusing on giving the best customer experience, Nick and Eric chose to partner; officially changing the name of the business to NHC Homes Corp. Eric has a degree in Business Management from Concordia University of Wisconsin. His degree, coupled with years of experience in sales and business management, and his eye for design, made him the perfect partner. Eric focuses on making each home distinctive and cohesive, from the house plan to the final walk-through; he is a constant connection throughout the building process, keeping it enjoyable along the way.

NHC Homes has an in-house framing and finishing crew, helping to maintain exceptional quality and consistency. Our office is available during business hours to assist with bidding and billing, answering questions and assisting with selections. In addition, Nick and Eric have strong relationships with all contract partners and suppliers. They strive to make NHC Homes a company that everyone can be proud of.
