Our Process
The first step in building our clients dream home is determining the ideal location. We meet onsite and discuss elevations, setbacks, and any other obstacles for potential home placement.
Once we've determined the optimal build location, we focus on designing the perfect home to fit the land and our clients needs. We determine a price by detailed specifications discussed throughout the design process.
After we have a signed contract, we begin selections and planning a build schedule. We also walk our clients through the order selections are needed to allow the project to stay on schedule. When building begins, we're in constant contact. We also send weekly schedule updates, keeping everyone informed of the build progress.
When it's time to hand over the keys, it's not the end of our journey together. Our clients come to us as strangers, but leave as friends. They move into their tailor-made home, and we're a phone call away for any questions, or maintenance requests.

Design & Construction Estimate
Before we create a contract for our clients, we bid their project to be as accurate as possible to minimize change orders along the way.
On-Site Consultations
During construction, we meet with our clients several times onsite. We walk through each room and discuss the finishing details; helping them envision living there.
